Job summary

WebPros is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with Chief Exec, CFO, CTO and CHRO, owning business case development, budgeting and forecasting across central support functions. This high-visibility role requires strategic insight and the ability to translate performance data into actionable guidance.

You will manage rolling forecasts, lead long-range planning, and deliver monthly reporting with clear performance levers for senior leaders, in a fully remote, UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A and decision-support roles.
• Proven ability to build financial models and business cases.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own business case development and budgeting for central functions.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Consolidate financial impact of transformation programs.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning for functions.
• Own monthly reporting and explain variances to leadership.
• Translate group reporting requirements into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting by function.
