Job summary

ITV is seeking an entry-level Global Content Operations Team Assistant in London. You will support the GP Delivery workflow, track after-sales assets, and assist with asset management across platforms.

Hybrid work arrangement requires 2-3 days in the office per week, with collaboration across production, marketing, and content fulfilment teams. You’ll gain experience in asset metadata, scripting, and coordinating with multiple internal teams while contributing to key events and content delivery

Qualifications

Excellent IT skills and comfortable using multiple systems.
Experience with Google Suite, Gemini or other AI tools, and reporting tools.
Awareness of asset management and media file formats for distribution would be beneficial.
Some administration experience in a media environment is preferable.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Track after-sales assets and ensure contractual delivery requirements are met.
Update ITV internal tracking tools accurately.
Be the super user for the ITV After Sales Asset Management System after training.
Coordinate with Marketing to ensure assets are available on ITV Studios website.
Assist Marketing with sourcing assets for festivals and events.
Coordinate high-profile pre-transmission content, including watermarking and scripts.
