Job summary

ITV plc is offering an entry-level opportunity to join its Global Content Operations team in London as a Team Assistant, supporting the Global Content Operations group. The role involves tracking after-sales assets, maintaining records, and assisting with asset delivery to major VOD platforms and partners.

You will work in a hybrid London setup (2-3 days in the office per week), interact with multiple systems, and collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure timely asset

Qualifications

Excellent IT skills and ability to interact with multiple systems.
Experience with Google Suite and AI tools is helpful.
Awareness of asset management and media file formats for distribution is beneficial.
Some administration experience in a media environment is preferable.

Responsibilities

Track delivery of after-sales assets and ensure compliance with requirements.
Update internal tracking tools accurately.
Be super user for ITV After Sales Asset Management System after training.
Coordinate asset sourcing and delivery for Marketing assets and events.
Assist with pre-transmission content, watermarking and metadata tasks.
Source programme images and collate editorial asset metadata for content packages.
