Job summary

ITV is seeking a Global Content Operations Team Assistant in London to support the GP delivery workflow. You will track after-sales assets, coordinate production paperwork, metadata and marketing assets, ensuring they meet delivery specifications and deadlines.

You will become the super user for the ITV After Sales Asset Management System, update internal tracking tools, assist Marketing, and help source assets for festivals and VOD platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in a media environment preferable.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience using Google Suite and AI tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Track after-sales assets and ensure compliance with delivery requirements.
• Update internal tracking tools accurately.
• Be the super user for the ITV After Sales Asset Management System.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure assets are available on ITV Studios website.
• Assist Marketing with sourcing assets for festivals and events.
• Coordinate high-profile, confidential pre-transmission content and metadata.
• Source programme images and collate editorial metadata for content packages.
• Research and locate archive after-sales assets; commission metadata when needed.
• Set up new suppliers in procurement systems and use the work order tool.
• Support Content Fulfillment with production numbers and video delivery tasks.
• Assist Localisation with commissions and dubbing quotes research.
• Support reporting tasks and general admin such as meeting logistics.
• Explore small AI initiatives to aid the team.
