Job summary

ITV is looking for a proactive Global Content Operations Team Assistant to support our London-based team in White City. You will help track after-sales assets, ensure metadata and marketing materials meet delivery standards, and keep timing with GP delivery specs.

Working in a hybrid setup (2-3 days in the office), you’ll collaborate with Production, Marketing and Localisation colleagues, master internal systems, and assist with asset management, reporting, and incident handling on tight

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills and comfortable using multiple systems.
• Experience with Google Suite and AI tools.
• Awareness of media asset formats for distribution.
• Some administration experience in a media environment.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Track after-sales assets and ensure compliance with delivery requirements.
• Update internal ITV tracking tools accurately.
• Be the super user for the ITV After Sales Asset Management System.
• Collaborate with Marketing to publish assets on ITV Studios website.
• Assist Marketing with sourcing assets for events and festivals.
• Coordinate pre-transmission content, including watermarking and scripts.
• Source programme images and metadata for content packages across VOD.
• Research archive assets and commission metadata as needed.
• Set up new suppliers in the ITV procurement system.
• Learn to use the work order management tool for Content Fulfilment.
• Support Content In Team with production numbers and video delivery.
• Support Localisation with commissions and dubbing quotes.
• Assist with reporting tasks and general admin like meeting bookings.
• Explore small AI initiatives to assist the team.

Workplace: White City, London (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per week)

We have an exciting entry-level opportunity to join ITV as a Team Assistant supporting our Global Content Operations team based in London. Global Content Operations supports the ITV Studios Global Partnerships and Zoo 55 distribution business.

The Team Assistant provides an important function across the Operations team and is responsible for tracking the delivery of after-sales assets (Production paperwork, metadata and Marketing assets) into ITV Studios Global Partnerships (GP). All assets must meet the published GP Delivery Specifications, be uploaded to the correct system and be delivered by the agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking of all after-sales assets, ensuring that internal and external Production teams have complied with all contractual delivery requirements.
• Accurately updating various ITV internal tracking tools.
• Be the super user, after training, for the ITV After Sales Asset Management System.
• Work with the Marketing Team to ensure that all required assets are available on ITV Studios website for customers to access.
• Assist Marketing with sourcing and delivering required assets for Marketing festivals and key events.
• Coordinate high-profile, confidential pre-transmission content, including watermarking restricted assets, scripts and video.
• Source programme images and collate editorial asset metadata to allow the fulfilment of content packages to all major VOD platforms.
• Research and locate archive after-sales assets for Content Fulfilment. When unavailable, commission scripts, synopsis and other metadata and images as required using a variety of tools and resources.
• Assist with the setting up of new suppliers in the ITV procurement system.
• Learn how to use the ITV work order management tool to assist the Content Fulfilment Team as required.
• Support the Content In Team, raising Production Numbers and being across video file delivery on occasion.
• Support the Localisation Team on commissions, inventory research, and requesting dubbing studio quotes.
• Support the team on reporting tasks as appropriate and admin support such as meeting room booking, some agenda creation and circulation.
• Explore small AI initiatives to help with the Assistant role and wider team tasks.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Excellent I.T. skills, confident at the prospect of interacting across a number of new systems simultaneously.
• Experience of Google Suite, including Gemini or other AI tools, and any reporting tools would be helpful.
• An awareness of asset management and media file formats for distribution would be immediately beneficial.
• Some administration experience in a media environment is preferable.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
