Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a highly organized Content Supply Coordinator to support global compliance, reversioning and content supply activities across multiple platforms. The role collaborates with Rights, Programming, Editorial, Post-Production and Compliance to coordinate workflows and monitor progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.

Experience in a broadcast, production or post-production environment is preferred, with knowledge of production workflows and broadcast terminology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production or content coordination experience in fast-paced media.
• Experience with production workflows and broadcast deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content workflows across Rights, Strategy, Programming and Post-Production to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain trackers and monitor progress through the reversioning lifecycle.
• Support voice-over and talent coordination including bookings.
• Prepare presentations and materials for team meetings.
• Provide administrative support for certification and compliance activities.
• Create clip reels and basic presentation materials using Adobe tools where required.
