Job summary

Unitedmedia in London is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at our international conferences.

You will make 50+ outbound calls daily, manage your pipeline from first contact to close, and own ambitious monthly targets with uncapped earning potential. This role starts soon, based at our Victoria, London WeWork office, with strong training and progression). You must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally outbound prospecting.
• Highly motivated, competitive and want to perform at a high level.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue.
• Resilient with outbound activity and persistence.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ownership of targets, pipeline and follow-ups.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals.
• Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into attendees.
• Own monthly revenue targets and work towards exceeding them.
• Execute high-volume outreach: 50+ calls per day.
• Manage pipeline from first contact through close.
• Become an expert on conferences, audiences and industries.
