• Significant experience in a highly regulated environment with global compliance program operations.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programmes from design through implementation and measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities across all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, governance, continuous improvement, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the global Compliance Programme.
• Develop and deliver multi-year compliance communications and training roadmaps.
• Oversee reporting activities and governance initiatives across Compliance, Finance, People, and other functions.
• Measure programme success and drive projects to strengthen compliance operations.
