Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a high-potential compliance-minded professional to advise on product and regulatory decisions across our growing portfolio of digital products. You will translate complex regulations into practical controls, own the compliance framework, and lead risk management for vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles and attention to detail.
• Driven and ambitious with initiative and accountability.
• Team-oriented and willing to support the best idea over personal own.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Some experience after obtaining a law degree in a law firm or in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Advise on product and compliance decisions and help teams identify legal issues.
• Translate regulations into workable controls for policies and processes.
• Manage compliance risk, investigate incidents, and escalate significant issues.
• Own and run the company-wide compliance framework and review vendor/procurement queues.
• Train and raise awareness by delivering mandatory training and guidance.
