Job summary

Harvey AI is seeking an EMEA Recruiting Operations Manager to streamline complex processes and transform them into automated workflows. You will partner with analytics and AI teams and drive hands-on changes across the EMEA region.

With 4+ years in recruiting operations, you’ll automate and standardize processes while maintaining operations and supporting hiring across multiple markets. The role offers growth in a fast-moving generational company.

• 4+ years in recruiting operations or similar in a fast-growing company.
• Proven ability to take messy processes and make them clear and repeatable.
• Hands-on automation experience, including AI/workflow tools.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to explain trade-offs to non-tech stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.

Role Overview

The EMEA Recruiting Operations Manager keeps hiring running smoothly across EMEA. You'll take on complex, loosely defined operational work, then turn it into automated processes that the coordination team can run and maintain on their own. You'll also help lead bigger AI implementation projects, partnering with Harvey's analytics and AI teams while doing much of the hands-on work in EMEA yourself.

What You'll Do

• Automate that work so it runs on its own, then document it and hand it off to the coordination team to maintain.
• Work on larger AI implementation projects, partnering with analytics and AI colleagues.
• Keep the lights on in EMEA, owning day-to-day recruiting operations for the region.

What You Have

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people operations, or a similar operational role in a fast-growing company.
• A track record of taking messy, undefined processes and making them clear, repeatable, and reliable.
• Hands-on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools, and the discipline to hand work off so others can maintain it.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong cross-functional skills: you can partner with analytics and AI teams and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
• Nice to have: experience with an ATS such as Ashby.
