Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to deliver a thoughtful, compliant mobility experience for candidates and employees across geographies. This role reports to the Global Mobility Lead and will grow with the function, expanding beyond case delivery to broader mobility programs.

You will collaborate with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Total Rewards, build scalable workflows, and mentor junior teammates while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive global mobility experience, including meaningful in-house corporate mobility role.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration with ability to assess options and translate legal advice into business guidance.
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted mobility advisor to employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience across relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel, with understanding of intersecting mobility matters.
• Working knowledge of tax, compensation, payroll, benefits, equity, and employment considerations in cross-border moves.
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive mobility matters and exercising sound judgment.
• Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors, driving service quality and improving operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters across sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.
• Lead company-side strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters in partnership with outside counsel.
• Advise candidates, employees, managers, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and leaders on mobility options and tradeoffs.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other mobility partners.
• Build and improve workflows, playbooks, communications, reporting, and self-service resources for mobility.
• Maintain accurate work authorization and mobility data and ensure compliance with sponsorship policies.
• Guide candidates and employees through complex situations with clarity and empathy.
