Job summary
IFS is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to lead salary structures, market benchmarking and governance across our organisation. You will apply global principles to local market needs, ensuring equity and competitive reward packages.
In this role, you will partner with HR, Finance and Legal, support EU pay transparency readiness, manage data, and collaborate with brokers and survey providers to benchmark compensation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in compensation within a global organisation.
- Knowledge of EU pay transparency requirements.
- Ability to advise on salary structures and governance.
- Strong analytics using compensation data and HRIS.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of global compensation activities, advising on pay decisions and reward packages.
- Maintain compensation data, salary structures, and market data.
- Assist with annual salary review and bonus planning processes.
- Support job architecture activities, grading roles consistently.
- Review in-year salary decisions and escalate high-risk cases.
- Contribute to governance, reporting, and compliance workstreams.
- Coordinate with brokers or survey providers for benchmarking outputs.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on salary positioning and internal equity.
