A leading ethical beauty brand in the United Kingdom is seeking a Global Commercial Manager to join their London Hub Office. In this role, you will deliver data-led analytics to inform commercial decision-making and maximize business profitability. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a Commercial environment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Your role in a nutshell

We are recruiting for an experienced Global Commercial Manager, based out of our brand new London Hub Office. This is an unique opportunity to join The Body Shop Team.

Your role will be to deliver data‑led analytics & insight that inform commercial decision‑making, with the ultimate goal of maximising business profitability & growth.

More about the role
  • Work closely with both Heads of Commercial to produce robust Business Cases for New Product Development
  • Own global product & category analysis, working alongside UK and HF Commercial teams, to provide opportunity on things such as: Product Misses
  • Products coming to the end of their lifecycle
  • Price Changes
  • Selling Prices
  • Historical Sell‑in and Sell‑out analysis
  • Tracking and Updating Performance of NPD against original business cases
  • Own and Maintain the Global assortment plan
  • Play a key role in the company Pricing Strategy
  • Work Closely with Supply Chain on discontinuation and excess stock lists, producing strategies with UK and HF markets to liquidate stock
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly product analysis packs to communicate latest insights to key stakeholders

  • Confident leader who can adapt style to different people and situations
  • Confident in representing department in a wider business environment
