Responsibilities

• Lead global category sourcing strategies across clinical development services.
• Manage and develop strategic relationships with global CRO partners and governance frameworks.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing activity including market analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Identify opportunities to optimise sourcing strategies and deliver improved commercial value.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align procurement strategies with clinical development needs.
• Monitor markets for new suppliers and innovative solutions, mitigate risks in global trials.
• Handle a high volume of sourcing requests while maintaining governance compliance.
• Mentor and support procurement colleagues through knowledge sharing.
