Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to manage global pharmaceutical clinical trials. This role involves the end-to-end operational oversight of trials, particularly focusing on transitioning from Phase II to Phase III studies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical studies and a strong understanding of clinical development. This position is remote with some travel to London and Switzerland. A hands-on execution approach is essential for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharmaceutical clinical trial experience (Pharma, Biotech, or CRO).
• Strong experience in moving studies from Phase II into Phase III.
• Extensive experience across the full trial lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of clinical trials.
• Plan transitions for Phase IIb and Phase III.
• Manage confidential Phase I study from startup to completion.
• Provide oversight for clinical development lifecycle.
• Support existing Project Managers and run independent studies.

Pharmaceutical clinical trial experience
