Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Data Manager for a remote role open to candidates based in the UK and other eligible countries. You will lead data management across complex global trials, ensuring data quality and timely delivery from study start-up to database lock.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in clinical data management, strong English, and robust collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data integrity throughout the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role.

Responsabilités

• Lead data management activities across multiple complex global clinical trials from start-up through study close-out.
• Coordinate resources and priorities to ensure data management deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain key trial documentation, including data management plans, database specifications, edit check specifications, CCGs, and DTAs.
• Oversee UAT activities to support accurate and reliable database functionality.
• Manage external vendor reconciliation specifications and support reconciliation outputs across study data sources.
• Drive data cleaning activities to maintain data quality, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
• Produce and communicate study metrics to monitor progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making.
• Partner with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while representing Data Management at project and study meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing feedback and participating in process reviews.
