Qualifications

• Experience in global sourcing/procurement within Pharma/CRO/Biotech environments.
• Experience running early clinical trials with Clinical Pharmacology Units.
• Master's in Business Administration or equivalent qualification; Bachelor + relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Shape global sourcing strategies for interventional clinical trials.
• Lead global supplier management with robust governance.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with external strategic partners.
• Monitor markets, identify suppliers and mitigate risks.
• Negotiate contracts and manage high‑volume sourcing需求 with internal partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve speed, cost efficiency and value generation.
• Mentor and upskill sourcing colleagues.
