Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Vendor Manager to join our team in a remote capacity in the UK or Ireland. You will independently manage all vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials to meet schedule, budget, quality, and compliance standards, ensuring vendor services align with study requirements.

The role focuses on vendor cost control, contract management, and optimal start-up activities, with opportunities to advance within a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience and excellent knowledge of clinical operation processes and vendor management.
• Excellent knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations.
• Very good knowledge of clinical trial design and mapping to supplier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with study teams and vendors throughout the study lifecycle.
• Review vendor-related protocol sections during protocol development.
• Collaborate with procurement for quotes and contracts, assist negotiations.
