Chanel seeks a Global Client Data Project Lead to drive data governance, quality and analytics across five Regions and three Divisions. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives with IT, Legal and business units to ensure consistent data rules and outcomes.

In this role, you will support data privacy and retention policies, prepare executive materials, and lead the Client Data Forum. A strong PMO background and global collaboration mindset are essential.

Competenze

• Experience supporting client data management, governance or master data management projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience documenting business requirements, processes and actions.
• Knowledge in Digital and CRM; strong project management skills.

Mansioni

• Support Global Client Data Manager and co-pilot data priorities and risks.
• Formalise business requirements and data management rules across streams.
• Contribute to evolving global client data model and PGCFs adoption.
• Drive cross-domain initiatives with Location and Product data domains.
• Coordinate and support monthly Client Data Forum and governance.
• Prepare executive materials for steering committees and leadership.
• Utilise Jira/Confluence to manage priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Maintain governance documentation and knowledge repositories.
