Job summary

Chanel seeks a Global Client Data Project Lead to join the Pioneer Global PMO in London. You will support the Global Client Data Manager, coordinate cross-divisional initiatives, and drive data governance, privacy, analytics and stewardship across Regions and Divisions.

The role involves leading end-to-end delivery, developing business requirements, and ensuring stakeholder alignment using Jira/Confluence, with a strong emphasis on data quality and regulatory compliance in a luxury retail

Qualifications

Experience supporting client data management, data governance, data quality or master data management related projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or workstreams in an international environment.
Practical experience with client data analytics, KPI development, reporting and data quality monitoring.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes and project actions.
Acquired knowledge in Digital and CRM.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project execution and prepare documentation for key collaborators.
Track progress and resolve blockers with a focus on Data Management, Data Privacy, Analytics and Data Stewardship.
