Job summary

Chanel is seeking a senior leader to drive the Pioneer Programme’s client data governance, quality and privacy across a global, matrix organisation. You will collaborate with Business, IT, Legal and regional teams to implement scalable, compliant client data solutions.

As part of the Global PMO, you will shape data models, establish governance practices and dashboards, and mentor the Data Steward team while aligning with enterprise standards to enhance client experience worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in client data management, governance, and data quality initiatives.
• Experience with analytics, KPI development and data quality analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and client journeys.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client data governance and quality topics.
• Lead the design and harmonisation of global client data privacy processes.
• Develop and monitor data quality dashboards and governance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional client data initiatives with Business, IT, Legal, Security and external partners.
• Own documentation and knowledge management for client data governance.
