CHANEL is seeking a Global Client Data Project Lead to drive data governance, quality, and analytics within the Pioneer Global PMO. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Regions and Divisions, shaping the client data model and ensuring alignment with business priorities and data principles.

You will work closely with the Global Client Data Manager, preparing executive materials, tracking progress, managing risks, and enabling timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client data management, governance or master data projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, international projects.
• Strong analytics mindset with KPI development and data quality monitoring.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Knowledge in Digital and CRM environments.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Jira/Confluence desirable.
• Understanding of luxury retail industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project execution and manage blockers within data management topics.
• Prepare documentation and meetings with key stakeholders.
• Track progress and communicate risks and dependencies.
• Develop and adopt Pioneer Global Calculated Fields (PGCFs) and global segmentation.
• Collaborate across Regions and Divisions to align data governance.
• Support Global Client Data Manager and PMO in delivery.
