Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a leader for the Pioneer Programme within the Global PMO to drive client data management initiatives across a complex international landscape. You will partner with Business, IT, Legal, Security and external partners to implement scalable, compliant client data capabilities, shaping governance, privacy and analytics across Regions and Divisions.

Qualifications

Significant experience in client data management, governance and data quality initiatives.
Hands‑on analytics, KPI development, reporting and data quality analysis.
Strong knowledge of CRM, customer data platforms and client journeys.

Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for Business stakeholders on client data topics.
Define and improve client data management frameworks and data quality controls.
Lead governance and evolution of the client data model across regions.
Support data privacy processes and global retention policy compliance.
Coordinate cross-functional client data initiatives with business, IT and external partners.
Maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge repository.
