Job summary

Qualifications
- Best-in-class communication and stakeholder management
- Expert level knowledge of Change Management, PROSCI-certified preferred
- Ability to lead squads of Change Managers
- Significant experience leading large-scale organisational change programmes in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial
- Experience with Acquisitions and Integrations
- Experience with ERP transformation across multi-country
- Comfortable communicating with C-suite leaders
- Willing to travel regularly through EU
