Job summary

Baltimore Consulting seeks an ERP Business Change Lead to head the organisational change around amajor ERP transformation. The role reports into Transformation leadership and will coordinate a network of Change Champions across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.

The position focuses on people, process and culture change, not just technology, delivering business readiness and sustainable adoption across services. Hybrid working in Yorkshire-based local authorities is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading business change within large ERP transformations.
• Experience across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll transformation.
• Strong background in operating models and workforce transition planning.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership at senior levels.
• Experience building change champion networks and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business change workstream, developing and delivering the Business Change Strategy and Roadmap
• Drive Change Impact Assessments, organisational readiness and future operating model transition planning
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder engagement, including executive leaders, functional leads and workforce representatives
• Establish business readiness frameworks, dashboards, reporting and go-live readiness assessments
• Deliver sustainable adoption, benefits realisation and long-term embedding of new ways of working
