Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Area Manager - Certification in the UK to lead multi-disciplinary certification teams across the UK, Ireland and international markets. You will drive commercial performance, ensure ISO/IEC 17065 compliance and deliver strong customer service outcomes.

You will own budgets, set targets, manage KPIs and develop people, while representing the organisation at industry events and regulatory meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in technical or operational environments.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Sound understanding of certification activities and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing KPIs, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Business development and customer relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop specialist certification teams across dispersed geographies.
• Own departmental budgets, forecasts, financial reporting and revenue growth.
• Drive productivity, resource planning and service delivery to meet KPIs.
• Oversee quality management systems to ensure ISO/IEC 17065 compliance.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and with regulators.
• Champion operational change and process improvements.
