Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Area Manager - Certification in Kettering, UK, with regular travel across UK, Ireland and international markets. You will lead a multi-disciplinary certification function and guide geographically dispersed teams to drive commercial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will own budgets, forecast financial performance, manage KPIs and develop people. Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 17065 and accreditation requirements is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical or operational teams.
• Strong budget management and forecasting experience.
• Understanding of certification activities and regulatory frameworks.
