Credera is seeking a Compliance Lead in the UK to manage ISO certifications and Health & Safety. You will coordinate audits, maintain documentation, and work with senior leaders in the UK and with Omnicom. This hands-on role requires strong organisation and a proactive mindset.

You’ll report to the UK Head of Operations and drive governance for Quality, Environmental, and related management systems across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 or 20000 in compliance/quality/ops.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication across business levels.
• Willing to complete internal/lead auditor training.
• Proactive problem-solving with a willingness to learn new standards.
• Experience in a global organisation with a US parent is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Ensure management system policies, procedures, registers, controls, and records are current and audit-ready.
• Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and improvements.
• Maintain yearly audit calendar and prepare for audits.
• Manage relationships with audit partners.
• Prepare reporting packs for management reviews and track actions.
• Stay updated on standard changes and adopt best practices.
