Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a CDD Analyst to join its Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team in London. You will analyse and improve end-to-end CDD processes, supporting governance and change delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance efficiency and client experience.

The role requires experience in CDD/KYC/AML, strong data interpretation and stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to document business requirements and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML or Client Onboarding functions
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills
• Experience documenting business requirements and operational procedures
• Understanding of CDD regulatory requirements and risk management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with operational teams to improve processes and controls

Responsibilities

• CDD Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement: document and maintain processes and artefacts to support governance and change delivery
• Conduct analysis of existing due diligence processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements
• Recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and client experience
• Design and deliver end-to-end test scenarios validating process and system changes
• Support implementation of approved process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity and customer experience
• Monitor systems and processes to reduce friction and improve efficiency
• Business Analysis: gather delivery support, impact analysis, and success reporting
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs
• Assess and prioritise process enhancement opportunities
• Stakeholder Engagement: align with challenges, build relationships, present findings to leadership
• Act as subject matter expert for CDD processes
• Change Implementation Support: define success criteria, track benefits, measure outcomes
• Support updates to CDD processes, systems and controls
• Assist with user acceptance testing and rollout activities
• Work with operational teams to embed new ways of working
