Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a CDD Analyst to join our Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team. You will own and improve end-to-end CDD processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support stakeholder engagement to meet business objectives.

The role emphasizes analysis of current and future state processes, test design for controls, and implementation support to reduce friction while ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong background in CDD, KYC, and AML is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within CDD, KYC, AML or Client Onboarding functions.
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements and operational procedures.
• Understanding of CDD regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with operational teams to improve processes and control.

Responsibilities

• CDD process analysis and continuous improvement: document and maintain current and future state processes, artefacts, and governance.
• Analyze existing due diligence processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Design and deliver end-to-end test scenarios to validate process and system changes.
• Support implementation of approved process improvements and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity and customer experience.
• Engage in business analysis: gather requirements, support change delivery, and measure success.
