Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a CDD Operational Performance Manager to join the Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will strengthen the CDD control environment, use data-driven analysis, and drive continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle. You will lead risk-based quality reviews, challenge complex CDD decisions, identify systemic issues, and collaborate with Advisory, Delivery, Quality, Operations and Risk teams to enhance

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in assurance, quality or controls.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD and EDD requirements.
• Experience of systems and control testing across manual and automated processes.
• Ability to lead reviews and remediation oversight with clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based quality reviews and controls testing across Onboarding and Ongoing Monitoring.
• Challenge complex CDD decisions and document risk assessments.
• Identify systemic issues and root causes, validating remediation actions.
• Assess automated workflows and data integrity for accurate risk management.
• Collaborate with Advisory, Delivery, Quality, Operations and Risk teams.
