Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control or audit with focus on customer due diligence.
• Strong understanding of legal/regulatory requirements pertaining to CDD.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate risks clearly to stakeholders or senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive QC reviews of CDD files for accuracy and completeness.
• Design and execute control testing to evaluate whether processes are functioning as intended.
• Develop and deliver training materials to drive consistency in system use and best practices.
• Prepare detailed QC reports and summaries for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain open, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
