Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Cargo Operations Coordinator to plan and coordinate worldwide transportation of F1 freight. Reporting to the Cargo Operations Manager, you will manage shipping docs, plan aircraft loads, and liaise with partners and regulators to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

Regular international travel is required, with participation in flyaway events and substantial time overseas. The role calls for meticulous organization, teamwork, and proactive process improvements within a

Qualifications

• Logistics experience with air charter and event cargo.
• Experience working in a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficient with MS Office and related tools.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade.
• Knowledge of widebody aircraft operations.
• Valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate worldwide transportation and distribution of F1 equipment.
• Prepare and manage all shipping documentation and customs declarations.
• Plan and manage aircraft loads for air charter logistics.
• Liaise with logistics partners, service providers, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with Known Consignor security and internal policies.
• Contribute to freight and sustainability reports and budget planning.
