Equals is a next-generation global money movement platform with headquarters in London. We’re building a unified system for international payments and embedded finance, supporting cross-border operations for diverse customers.

The Cards lead role owns the vertical strategy, roadmap and outcomes, partnering with Engineering to design systems and guiding schemes engagement with Visa and Mastercard. You’ll drive growth and define how cards operate across our platform.

Qualifications

• Several years in product management, owning a vertical end to end and driving growth.
• Direct experience with cards or payments: issuing, acquiring, spend management or related domain.
• Experience working with card schemes, processors or major platform partners to shape value from partnerships.

Responsibilities

• The Cards product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation, end to end.
• Grow the card proposition and set targets and plans to hit them.
• Manage relationships with Visa and Mastercard from integration to opportunities pipeline.
• Identify and develop new card products, programmes and market opportunities.
• Oversee the card platform roadmap: issuing, programme configuration, controls and tooling.
• Ensure end-to-end customer experience from application to spend, reconciliation and support.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Legal on partner relationships and launches.
• Define, instrument and report the Cards metrics the business tracks.
