Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager, International Platforms to shape the product strategy across global markets. You’ll bridge Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to embed payments capabilities into partner platforms and software products.

You’ll own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, define roadmaps, and influence senior stakeholders across regions. Located in the UK, you’ll collaborate with globally distributed teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience within the payments industry.
• Strong merchant acquiring expertise including onboarding, acceptance, settlement and risk management.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and translating insights into roadmaps and commercial outcomes.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering products from concept to launch.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate opportunities by value, revenue and impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for business and technical audiences.
• Experience leading planning and roadmap discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• Based in the United Kingdom with experience working with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the international product strategy for Platforms through market and partner insights.
• Translate needs into clear product outcomes and measurable roadmaps.
• Own lifecycle from discovery through launch, aligning priorities with goals.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Lead planning activities and Big Room sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, commercial and product teams to refine requirements.
• Act as the voice of the customer to drive enhancements and new capabilities.
• Champion quality and commercial viability of market-ready solutions.
• Evaluate growth opportunities balancing market demand and strategic fit.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology.
