Job summary

ClearBank in London is seeking a Director of Product - Cards to own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for our cards offering. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with commercial, scheme, and technical teams to deliver customer-centric propositions and revenue growth.

The role requires a deep background in card issuance and processing, strong P&L ownership, and familiarity with Visa or other schemes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Card Issuance (Debit Issuance preferred).
• Knowledge of Card Scheme frameworks and operational models (Visa preferred).
• Experience with Card Processing partners and scheme management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Cards product strategy and long-term vision.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Manage Cards P&L and pricing to optimize revenue.
• Lead a cross-functional cards team and coordinate with operations.
