Job summary

JLL is seeking a Pricing Director in London to manage pricing for bids across Real Estate Management Services. You will lead pricing for large international deals, collaborate with regional teams, and develop commercial models to maximize profitability.

As part of the Pricing, EMEA Work Dynamics team, you will partner with Sales and Solution Manager to optimize offers and present strong pricing rationale to leadership. On-site location in London preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with ability to build sophisticated analytical models.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with data analysis and pricing experience.
• Exceptional communication to present pricing rationale to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing pricing for multi-regional bids for FM, Projects, and related services.
• Collaborating with regional teams to drive consistency and improve pricing.
• Developing commercial models and pricing strategies for global/regional bids.
• Supporting Sales Lead in CRB reviews including P&L, cash flow and risks.
• Negotiating with Sourcing Teams to secure best prices for bids.
• Input into pricing tools and methods to enable faster bid responses.
• Assist non-financial teams to understand commercial aspects of bids.
• Support handover of deals to transition, accounts and operations teams.
