Job summary

Analysys Mason, London Transformation, is seeking a Principal (Director) to lead Commercial Excellence and Pricing initiatives across technology-heavy sectors. You will shape strategy, drive business development, and ensure value-led outcomes for clients, while guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining senior client relationships.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, including origination, mobilisation and execution, in a hybrid work model across our London office

Qualifications

• Consulting experience, selling, managing and delivering transformation engagements for high-profile clients across technology-intensive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead entire engagement lifecycles from origination to execution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as lead advisor.
• Drive business development from origination through to close as part of practice growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.
• Develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
• Control and optimise resources and costs in the delivery of client engagements.
• Coach, mentor and develop project teams to deliver high performance.
