Job summary

SPS is seeking a proactive Bid Manager to coordinate and drive the end-to-end bid process in a fast-paced environment. You will work with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to assemble compelling submissions and ensure timely delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, with experience in RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and an ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. A clear path for progression is on offer.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bidding process (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Experience in bid coordination or proposal management.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bid process from identification to submission.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop bid schedules and track timelines.
• Write, edit and format bid responses tailored to clients.
• Review documents for compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain bid content repository and templates.
• Analyse bid performance metrics and seek improvements.
