Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support UK and global benefits and pension programmes. You will report to the Head of Benefits and help Monzo pursue equitable, scalable rewards for colleagues across the UK and beyond.

In this 12-month fixed-term role, you’ll ensure compliance, manage renewals, and collaborate with Procurement, Risk, Payroll, and People Operations to deliver employee value. Flexible hours and home-working are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering and managing UK benefits.
• Experience ensuring benefits programmes are compliant with legislation.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits trends.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day benefits and leave policies administration and management.
• Managing the end-to-end renewal process.
• Establishing and implementing new benefits programmes.
• Ensuring that our benefits programmes are compliant, in line with Monzo’s global benefit’s strategy, and supports our business goals.
• Liaising with external benefits broker and vendors.
• Work with Procurement, Third Party Risk, Payroll and People Operations.
• Responding to benefits queries and escalations.
• Education, communication and engagement of Monzonauts.
• Analysis of benefits data.
