Medik8 is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the EMEA & ROW B2B team to support order processing, distributor coordination, and data-led performance insights. You will work across demand planning, operations, and finance to ensure orders are collected on time.

The role emphasizes strong data analysis, attention to detail, and ownership of core sales processes in a high-growth skincare brand. Hybrid work with three days in London is offered.

Qualifications

• Commercial coordination or sales support experience in beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.
• Strong data mindset and ability to translate numbers into insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process distributor orders end to end and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Act as central contact between EMEA & ROW Sales and distributors for orders and data.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out data and provide performance commentary and opportunities.
