Job summary

Quality Personnel is seeking an Account Co-ordinator to support a busy Inside Sales team, handling customer enquiries, quotations and orders through to delivery for European customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication and strong cross-team collaboration.

You'll coordinate orders, logistics and deliveries, maintain records, and build relationships with B2B clients. A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience and solid MS Office skills are preferred, with hybrid working offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' B2B customer service, sales administration or inside sales experience.
• Strong order processing and quotation experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Confident with numbers and multi-step calculations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A proactive, organised and calm approach.
• Any European language would be a bonus.
