Job summary

You will support change management, monitor pre-series deliveries, and ensure timely communication with customers while leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems to drive accurate reporting and efficient order handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administration of change management activities.
• Initiating and monitoring pre-series deliveries.
• Checking SW/HW versions at production sites against customer demands.
• Supporting market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy.
• Preparing product/project presentations.
• Supporting customer negotiations and meetings.
• Managing demand fulfilment and timely delivery with proper documentation.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPIs.
• Updating relevant customer information.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to solve customer requests.
• Ensuring adequate and timely customer communication.
• Coordinating sample orders and logistics for on-time delivery.
• Coordinating across time zones (EU HQ, Global HQ, OEMs, production).
