Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland is seeking an Events Coordinator to support logistics, coordination and delivery of automotive events. You will work across systems, teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and on-the-day execution.

This hands-on role requires initiative, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to event planning, from early planning through to completion. Travel to events will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, automotive, marketing, or customer engagement roles.
• Strong communication and written skills for a wide audience.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple events.
• Willingness to travel and attend events outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, logistics, and execution of hosted and external events.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events as a company representative.
• Coordinate event setup, branding, and materials.
• Manage event schedules, deadlines, and checklists.
• Collate attendee information and feedback across systems.
