Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field.
• Experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support.
• Access to overseas automotive customer resources and familiarity with system integration design.
• Fluent in English and able to conduct technical exchanges with overseas clients.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseas client development, communication, and relationship maintenance for assigned business.
• Provide product and solution support to overseas clients, including requirements analysis, solution design, demonstrations, product presentations, etc.;
• Provide on-site technical support to clients and resolve issues encountered during use.
• Participate in project implementation and be responsible for the implementation and debugging of system integration solutions.
• Assist the after-sales team in resolving issues encountered by clients during use.
