Job summary

Intellias is seeking an Analyst Relations lead to sharpen our market presence and translate capabilities into clear, evidence-backed messages. You will own global AR engagement, briefing analysts, and building trusted relationships with top-tier firms.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will collaborate with senior leaders across geographies and service lines to drive propositions, collateral, and campaigns that resonate with buyer priorities in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in AR, marketing, product marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of buyer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
• Exceptional written and verbal English; native-level fluency.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment and drive projects.
• Strong project management, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with analyst relations programmes and firms (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Everest Group).
• Familiarity with digital engineering, consulting, or enterprise tech services.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyst engagement by managing global AR programme, briefings, RFIs, and relationships.
• Support proposition development through market research and analyst engagement.
• Equip teams with high-impact materials for pitches, proposals, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with executives and service leaders to ensure clarity and market relevance.
• Champion insight-led marketing, using research to inform GTM and messaging.
• Lead strategic marketing projects as a member of the marketing team.
• Support UK marketing activities and events.
