Job summary

Intellias in London is seeking an accomplished engineer to build agentic workflows and the tooling needed to reason over research reports, transcripts, filings and news. You will surface confidence, gaps and provenance to portfolio managers and stakeholders.

You will work with platform engineering, data sourcing, and PMs to turn business expectations into measurable automated data-quality standards, enabling safe and scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Production experience with agentic and multi-agent LLM systems.
• Hands-on experience with ingestion and extraction pipelines.
• Experience building evaluation and guardrail infrastructure.
• Strong Python engineering with production readiness.
• Ability to interpret vague briefs and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows that reason over research reports, transcripts, filings and news, presenting PMs with what was found, what is missing, and confidence levels.
• Engineer automated quality checks on unstructured source content before ingestion—empty content, truncation, extraction fidelity, coverage gaps.
• Build vendor delivery validation: detect/quantify parsing defects, feed back to vendors, fix extraction.
• Build evaluation harnesses, benchmarks and guardrails for agent output focusing on groundedness, accuracy, relevance, and provenance.
• Ship monitoring and dashboards surfacing data-quality findings, confidence levels, and coverage gaps to engineering and PMs.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, data sourcing, and portfolio managers to turn business expectations into measurable automated quality standards.
