Job summary

Intellias is building a market-leading AI Solutions practice in Europe and seeks a senior leader who anchors it across Europe. This hands-on leadership role blends technical depth with client advisory and commercial growth, co-owning AI outcomes end to end—from shaping opportunities to production-grade delivery and scalable offerings.

You will sit with client CTOs, review model architectures, and shape quarterly offerings and pipeline.

Qualifications

12+ years in technology, data, or engineering with hands-on AI/ML work.
Hands-on model development and experimentation with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Proven production AI/ML deployments at enterprise scale.
Experience with hyperscalers or data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/Databricks).
Hands-on GenAI and agentic systems experience (LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling).
Experience leading internal teams and external client programs as delivery/engagement lead.
Executive-grade client presence with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the senior AI advisor and trusted partner to enterprise clients, translating problems into AI strategies and roadmaps.
Lead pre-sales, opportunities shaping, discovery workshops, and client presentations.
Drive proposals, RFP responses, and solution narratives that differentiate us.
Define and productize repeatable AI offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets.
Establish reference architectures, delivery playbooks, and engineering standards for ML/GenAI.
Recruit, build, and grow a high-performing AI delivery team in Europe.
Mentor senior practitioners and foster a culture of learning and certification.
