Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks an AI Capability Learning & Development Manager/Senior Manager to lead the firm’s AI skills framework and L&D curriculum across global teams. You will translate AI priorities into practical, role-based learning pathways and reusable assets, driving a coherent capability system with strong governance and supervision.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning and development, capability building or curriculum design.
• Designed structured learning pathways or capability frameworks for multiple roles.
• Strong practical understanding of generative AI and its implications for professional work.
• Experience translating complex subjects into clear, practical learning.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and blended learning.
• Experience leading complex programs across stakeholders, teams or regions.
• Credibility working with senior leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Strong judgement concerning responsible AI use, quality and human oversight.
• Experience in a global, matrixed environment and in regulated professional services.

• Develop AI skills framework and curriculum architecture for lawyers and Business Teams.
• Lead design and delivery of AI learning pathways for partners, associates and leaders.
• Create practical assets: prompts, playbooks and toolkits.
• Embed responsible AI use and supervision throughout the curriculum.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to scale delivery and maintain quality.
• Align AI capabilities with onboarding and core learning portfolios.
