Optasia is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to build a global learning and capability agenda from the ground up. This standalone, hands-on role has end-to-end ownership: diagnosing needs, setting strategy, designing the operating model, selecting technology and partners, creating learning solutions, driving adoption, and measuring business impact.

The role partners with regional leaders and People Business Partners across regions to embed responsible AI knowledge and everyday AI usage

Competenze

• Significant experience leading Learning & Development in a multi-country or fast-scaling organisation.
• Proven ability to design an L&D strategy and operating model from scratch and drive adoption and measurement.
• Hands-on experience implementing post-learning assessments and key metrics; improve LMS/LXP ecosystems.

Mansioni

• Own the complete learning lifecycle and turn business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions.
• Create and own a global L&D strategy, roadmap and annual plan aligned with business priorities.
• Build the L&D function from scratch, including governance, standards, delivery methods, and vendor management.
• Lead organisation-wide learning needs assessments using data, insights and stakeholder input.
• Design capability frameworks and learning pathways for diverse populations (employees, managers, leaders, technical teams).
• Lead end-to-end implementation of learning technology from requirements to deployment and adoption.
• Deliver high-quality learning experiences across ILT, virtual, digital and cohort-based formats.
• Build an AI learning agenda covering AI literacy, responsible usage and role-based use cases.
